Every member of the staff I had an encounter with were simply amazing. It was my first eye exam in quite some time and went in with complaints of daily headaches. I really feel like the doctor took his time to hear me and help me out the best he could. The woman who helped me picked my style of glasses, I believe her name was Rita, was wonderful and extremely helpful when I had no clue what I would like. I joked with the doctor that the canine employee, Harlow, was the best by far haha even though she napped during my exam. I will definitely recommend this practice to everyone.

Best experience from the moment we walked in the door. From the staff at the front desk till the time we walked out the door. Dr. Bhat knew exactly how to entertain my 6 year old and get the results we were needing. Definitely recommend and I will be returning for future appointments.

I came to Dr. Bhat for the first time last Tuesday I had blurred vision in my left eye due to my cornea being scratched. He put me on some medication that cleared it up and restored my vision within in a week. He is so sweet and the receptionist are so sweet and personable as well. I just took my 5-year-old son and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The two ladies who assisted with the exams and glasses were amazing with my son — they knew exactly how to interact with him, kept him engaged, and asked questions in a way he understood. They were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came time to select glasses, guiding me through the options with patience and expertise. Dr. Bhat was phenomenal as well — very thorough in explaining everything, with great humor, patience, and a friendly demeanor that made the whole visit enjoyable. We left feeling well cared for. I have been a patient here since 2018/2019, and I truly can't recommend this practice enough. I love my experience here so much that I'm willing to drive 4 hours just to continue seeing Dr. Bhat. Dr. Bhat is hands down one of the most compassionate and kind optometrists you could ever ask for. He takes the time to not only address your vision needs but also get to know you as a person. You never feel rushed, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. The entire team is friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Whether it's a routine eye exam or an urgent visit for something like a stye, they provide excellent care with outstanding response times. They're quick to respond to texts, easy to schedule with (whether virtually or in person), and make getting quality care incredibly convenient. If you're looking for an optometrist who truly cares about their patients and consistently provides exceptional care, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I went for my eye check-up on 6/23/26 with Dr. Kesav Bhat, and I had a really good experience. He was very detail-oriented, transparent, and took the time to carefully explain things to me. I’ve been getting eye check-ups for the past 10 years, but there were several underlying conditions that had never been brought to my attention before. Dr. Bhat was the first to explain them clearly and make sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. The staff were also warm, welcoming, and kind throughout the visit. I came in for a routine examine and Dr. Bhat found that I had cataracts in both eyes. Got me on touch with a surgeon and had the surgery. Have been going back to Dr. Bhat for my 1 week and 4 week for each eye. He has been kind and explained what was happening in the healing process. I did have an issue with one eye and he contacted the surgeon to get it resolved. The staff here is also amazing. Scheduling appointments has been quick and easy.
