During my consultation the eye doctor asked me if everything was ok with my eyes... I mentioned that I've been experiencing dryness. He did a routine examination to my eyes and charged me an EXTRA co-pay of $25 for doing this revision (I also paid $10 copay that is charged with my vision plan). I've had glasses for a while and this is the first time somebody charges me extra money for doing something that is included in the eyes examination routine.
Also, he made un-professional comments like "Obama really screwed the health system", from my point of view, a professional in health, should keep this type of opinions for itself.
The equipment was old, they could update some of the machines.
Because there was no reviews for this vision center I booked an appointment, I ended having a bad experience and felt mistreated. I would never go back to this place!
