I cannot say enough good things about my experience with United Eye Care. I'm so happy that I found this Optometrist. From the moment I walked in his assistant at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She had me checked in immediately. Very shortly after she checked me in my exam started. I want to say I waited for maybe 5 minutes. When I got in front of Dr. Nguyen he seemed to be genuinely concerned that I get five-star service. He did not rush the exam. He took his time, explained things to me that other Optometrist never took the time to explain. He allowed me time to ask questions. I've seen him twice and both times I had a great experience. I will definitely make Dr. Nguyen my first choice for any optometry needs. On top of everything, his fees are very reasonable. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for serving the Bakersfield Community.
