Its never easy finding a new eye doctor after many years,in fact it can be unnerving, but my "first appointment jitters" disappeared instantly as soon as I saw those welcoming smiles at the reception desk. And that feeling of trust, welcome and ease grew over the course of my examination, that turned complete gratitude for having been referred to this wonderful practice. I've never ever had such a comprehensive eye exam and that's a lot of years! I am so very thankful for Dr. O, whose exam identified a potentially very serious, but treatable condition that had not been identified before. The techs get high marks, too, for they not only educated me in home eyecare procedures to address my condition, they demonstrated them. The Optical Department has an amazing array of eyewear, including Maui Jim's and a great Optician on site.And even more amazing is the short wait time of less than 10 minutes. I am thrilled to be a confident, trusting and very grateful patient at University Eye Care and look forward to many years to come.
