I was very happy with them up until now. I had excruciating eye pain from glaucoma. I call to get an appointment and the woman that answered the phone ( from the call center) told me she was going to let the triage nurse know about my pain and the nurse would call me back. It’s been days and I haven’t heard back from them. It makes me feel like they don’t care about patients, but only care about $$$. At least return my phone call and let me know that you can’t help me.

I’ve taken both my teenager and 4 year old here and, in both occasions, the customer service from beginning to end was fantastic. The front desk and the tech were both so helpful with my 4 year old. The tech who worked with my teen was so much fun and Dr. Hughes was nothing short of incredible. On both occasions, I left our visits appreciative of the staff and how excellent they were with helping me understand what was going.

Dr. Harris was exceptional in explaining how the procedures would be handled along with time frame for both eyes. Took time to insure I understood what caused and how it would be handled. The staff was very good at taking care of all the patients. Dr. Harris thanked me for my service and l thanked him for his service. Great experience, thanks to everyone.
