Went there this morning (11/28/23) for an appointment. It took me a bit over 40 minutes to get there due to traffic and trying to find a place to park. When I got to the office they told me my insurance won't cover my exam until tomorrow!! When the appointment was made I was told my medical and vision insurance would cover this appointment! I won't be going back to this location.

Dr. Taylor was friendly and professional during my yearly exam. She explained everything she was doing and answered all the questions I had. Afterwards Megan the optician helped me pick out a new pair of glasses that look amazing and fit my face perfectly. I can't wait to pick them up. 😎 …

Oh my goodness I can see again
And don't need glasses. Just readers. I've been wearing glasses forever. Love Dr. Froula. Nice and friendly and professional. I'd have done it along time ago if my eye drs would've told me I had cataracts. Getting the other one done too.
