This office clearly doesn't understand what being an in-network provider means.
Their billing people refuse to submit my visits to my vision insurance company. I will report to BBB as well.

I came in with my husband and was told while we were waiting to go back, to go downstairs and they would call me when he went back. They did this to 4 of us and they never called any of us back upstairs to go in with the patients we were here with. Completely didn’t explain what they were trying to do with sending us downstairs and was just completely rude about it. Not happy at all.
