The staff and doctors at University Place Vet are incredible! They are so kind and understanding and really care about our fur babies. I get so anxious when my baby is hurt and they always put my mind at ease. They go above and beyond each time to make sure you and your fur babies are cared for! Absolutely love them all!

This was our first visit to establish care since our other vet retired. It was a very welcoming experience and they were well prepared with our records and history. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and I recommend a visit if you're looking for pet care. They're busy though so plan ahead!

We appreciate Dr. Morrow and her staff so much! She is so compassionate and takes the time to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable with the plan going forward. I am confident her treatment recommendations are all based on what is best for the patient and not her balance sheet. I've been to other clinics where I did not have such confidence. She truly cares about her patients!!! Update: Fluke saw Dr. Morrow for the last time a little over a week ago. She'd kept him pain free for as long as she could but he had finally reached that point in his life where he was no longer playing with his toys and struggled to do everyday activities. A part of our hearts died with Fluke, but Dr. Morrow & her team were so compassionate. They worked us in because even though we didn't have an appointment, their philosophy is that no dog should have to wait in pain for an appointment. A lovely woman placed a soft blanket on the floor to make him more comfortable. Dr. Morrow came in with a Tech to prepare the IV. Each stage was explained clearly and thoroughly. She gave us as much choice as anyone can have during such a difficult time. Only when we were absolutely ready did she push the plunger down. Fluke calmly and peacefully passed. Dr. Morrow was so patient with my husband and me as we sobbed over our sweet boy. We never felt rushed at any stage. Today, we received a condolence card in the mail, hand signed by all the staff. An amazing gesture that came at the perfect time. The card included a print of his paw and flower seeds we can plant in his honor. I share this painful story so people will know that with UP Veterinary, Dr. Morrow and her team, you get amazing, high quality service, but without pressure or guilt. They never once made us feel bad for choosing one option over another. We were treated with respect and most importantly, Fluke was treated with respect. (I'm not crying...You're crying)
