Caring and Professional. The most thorough eye exams in my 69 years. Dr Ellis listens and is meticulous in his work (so evident). He wants the Very Best for his patients. Staff is Polite, Absolutely Competent 👍 under good Leadership.

You are in and out quickly, online registration is painless, and doctors are super friendly. Equipment used is top of the line, and they really take the time to explain and consult. I really feel like we got the correct prescription with University Vision. They are great with kids too!

The visit was handled professionally and efficiently. Dr John Ellis is very knowledgeable and informative! He makes you feel comfortable and is down to earth. He is always looking at the best interest of the patient I truly appreciated that. He saw my daughter 12, my Son 10 and myself Mom and we were out of there feeling great. The part of selecting the frames and the Associate who tended to us could have shown more of the energy we got from the Doctor and not so robotic at times. If anything, the five star is for Dr. John Ellis.
