Very thorough and the entire team from check in til completion was an absolute joy. This is a “best in class” practice!

It was actually very comforting. I came in due to a car accident and was a little nervous and in some pain. The entire staff (from the receptionist, to the ophthalmologist at the eye glass desk to the PA were outstanding! As I had a short wait I watched how they interacted with everyone as they checked in and out. I was simply impressed! I’ve had appointments with many offices and NONE came close to the friendly and attentive staff of Updegraff Laser. Dr. Rain Robert’s, O.D. was amazing and extremely caring. Many of the hospitals and medical centers I’ve been to lately could learn a lot about how to treat and respect patients from Dr. Updegraff and his staff.

Can't say enough good things. Went in with a severe case of Conjunctivitis.Dr Roberts saw me quickly and was very understanding. That night when I had trouble getting the meds I called the after hours line and Joan was amazing. Calling around to find a pharmacy for me. The follow up visits with Dr Roberts and the were staff were amazing. Everyone remembers you asks how you're doing. Highest possible positive s. If there were 6 stars I'd do it.
