If I could give this place a zero I would because that is what they deserve. This was my first time going here, and let me tell you I was not impressed at all. The receptionist and staff were rude and seem to rush through the eye exams. When asking questions, they brushed me off and gave a one word answer. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the doctor not giving me my prescription at the end of my visit, she said my eyes would change and to come back. I called the office and demanded my eye prescription so I could start looking for glasses, apparently they said they mailed it out on January 14th and now it's January 24 and I still have not received it. I have left numerous messages with them and they give me the runaround saying they will fax it or whatever else . In conclusion I messaged them again to email me with it or mail it and put tracking on it let's see what they do. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know or anyone. These people are not educated in their field, no customer service, and rude. I will not go back. I better get my prescription!

Called with a question and was cut off and transferred in the middle of a sentence. Very frustrating.
