Got there early for the appointment but the wait time was unbelievable. They did sort of apologize for the delay but overall we were there for well over 2 hours for an eye exam. This is not acceptable! However, the staff were friendly and very professional.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. Dr. Ellen Butts is friendly and extremely thorough. She was able to diagnose an eye condition that was overlooked and untreated by other Optometrists for 15 years. I’m so happy that I found Dr. Ellen! I wish that I could give her 100 stars!
