I am so happy with my experience at the shop at 3605 Forbes Avenue, on the Pitt campus. Not only was everyone there pleasant and professional, I got the first pair of progressive lenses I'm actually going to be able to use for reading. Past prescriptions have never gotten that part of the Rx quite right. Thank you so much. Customer for life.

Very poor desk service. I came in for an appointment that was scheduled almost a month ago, and apparently they don’t take my insurance. The reason for the poor review is not because of the insurance issue, it’s because the woman told me that I was called and they left a message. Not the case, I checked on the date mentioned by her in my voicemail box and it was not there. I am furious. There is no parking lot, so get ready to deal with not having a place to park also.

$557 for an eye exam, go elsewhere 2-3x markup Edit: Called customer service, told bill was correct and the pricing was accurate. Filed a complaint with PA Attorney General Health Care Section and it turns out there was a billing mistake
