I got seen by the doctor for prescription glasses. They never told me that I could have reading glasses covered by my insurance and I purchased glasses to drive in for work because light reflection hurts my eyes and my vision has been impaired.. But it was close to around $400 for a pair of prescription sunglasses from this place they have fallen apart twice within a month consistently sliding off my face !and now they have fallen apart again and because the lenses lost, they can’t cover it? When you spend that much money on sunglasses that are prescription you figure they’d have at least a decent pair of sunglasses. Even my regular reading glasses are so cheaply made it’s not funny .but the part where someone spends $400 for a pair of prescription sunglasses and the place knew that they are defective. I feel that’s bad business because the next day they never had those same sunglasses again every time I came in there, there were different ones so they knew there was something wrong with their sunglasses and I waisted $400 on something matching I have to throw away.I would be aware of buying sunglasses there. The doctor was very nice. That’s why I got 2 stars. Staff were kind of rude. Some of them were kind of nice as well. . But when I spend $400 for a pair of driving glasses that I need and sunglasses that I need I need that prescription and they break twice in a month and then they break again for no reason at all other than I’m putting them on and off of my head you would think they would possibly Give me new glasses or something and I got the warranty !! Now I have to spend more money on more glasses because those glasses are worthless and cheap cheap ! I can’t believe they had the nerve to charge me $400 for a pair of glasses and they were that garbage And it’s not like they didn’t notice it like I said I was back there twice before! So just beware if you think you’re gonna get a nice pair from there, you’re going to get screwed quite possibly more than likely actually my experience

I'm not sure how anybody got less than stellar care at this amazing place. I began at Mercy ER and was transferred over to Vision Urgent Care and have been receiving eye medical care since. I've seen everyone from students to techs to opthalmologists to surgeons to specialists and was treated with professionalism and courtesy by every single one of them. Highly recommend!

Have you ever had a doctor come into the room and act like you’re an inconvenience to them? I don’t remember the last time I was huffed and puffed at except for the last three appointments I had here. (Had to keep coming back to keep getting my script fixed) I was acting how you normally should to a doctor and she was getting frustrated I was telling her to go back and forth. (Which you’re supposed to do for an eye exam). This is probably why I had to come back multiple times to get my script fixed. It’s not enjoyable not being to be apart of your treatment. She slowed down her speech and talked to me like a child. It’s as if I asked her to explain things saying I didn’t understand. Hopefully people have better experiences than the multiple I’ve had, but I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Also, they tried to charge me $1200 for glasses when the family business I went to after charged me $350. So take that into account too. Edit: have to go get another eye exam because she only gave me the script for glasses. Thank you so much!

Dr. Lebow is professional and thorough. Her staff people were great. ...but I've been waiting three months for my contacts to come in, and they haven't arrived yet. I paid $79 out of pocket for a contact prescription, and they refuse to give it to me as the doctor is on vacation for two weeks, and no other doctor can sign off on giving me my prescription that will be expiring in 21 months. Also, the phone number listed on their website and on their Google listing is wrong. It directs me to their Forbes Ave. location.
