I highly recommend Dr.Bill Henderson and his competent staff! “Dr.Bill” is that
rare individual who combines detailed skill, patience, and technology in a
caring, professional manner.
Uptown Vision has the BEST SELECTION
Of quality frames from across the globe,
that I have found, along with their quality precision lens! We give thanks for the
Excellent team and eye care we have received!

I have been a patient of Dr. Henderson’s (aka Dr. Bill) at Uptown Vision for about 15 years!!! That in itself should say plenty but; I’ll say more…Dr. Bill and the amazing staff (Jenna, Sarah, Virginia & Rick to name a few) at Uptown Vision are the best of the best!!! You feel like family, or at least I have every time I’ve been in or had to call the office. Although I’m biased to “My” Dr. Henderson I’ve also seen Dr. Roshie as well and she is just as amazing!!! The selection of frames is out of this world and you’ll find the finest brands as well as all of the latest and trendy styles!!! One of the “coolest” perks of going to Uptown Vision is their office decor…it’s like being at an art gallery!!! It is decorated to the 9’s….major “eye candy”!!! Going back to being more than just a patient, when you are part of the Uptown family, you also get invited to Art Parties they host after hours at the office…super fun! How awesome is that!!!
Not only do they have the best staff and selection of frames and eyewear accessories they also have the most up to date technology, equipment and knowledge base for all of your eye care health!!!
I just can’t say enough GREAT things about Uptown Vision…so take my advice and go SEE them for yourself!!!

Had my eye exam yesterday and the exam was great but when choosing your frames was something totally different. I explain I wanted what my insurance covered and of course by the end my balance due was $200+ dollars. I told the guy ok can you remove this and remove that still due $100+. I asked my was I still being charged and he said that I was getting a great deal. I told him I would be back. I call my insurance and was told they were not in my network. I understand everybody is out to make money and it’s obvious that the guy helping gets some kind of commission. But don’t rip people off. Explain that you are out of network the reason you’re having to spend more money and let a person decide if they want to spend that money. TIP: check with your insurance before you go to this place or anywhere else. THEY ONLY WANT TO THE MONEY
