I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to vision care, but they seemed very thorough when they checked my eyes and explained what each device/tool they used was for. It didn’t feel rushed at all. They were quick to have my prescription and frames ready. Even when I went to pick them up, they took the time to have me wear them and make adjustments to fit the frames to my face. I’ve sent emails asking questions about my eyes adjusting to the glasses and they were prompt to respond with helpful advice and open questions to know how to best address my concerns. I highly recommend them :)

Great service and super friendly atmosphere. I was greeted on my first visit as if I had been going here for years. I immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Speth was very thorough and I appreciated the time and effort she gave me for asking questions and getting comprehensive answers. Their eyeglass collection covered a wide range of types and styles making it easy for me to select a pair for everyday wear as well as some prescription sunglasses which I am really looking forward to having for my hikes. This is first rate eye care! I am caring for a woman who is in hospice and has glasses that had the lenses become loose and fall out. Twice, once in the summer, and once just today, I have brought those glasses and loose lenses to this business and they fixed them for me on the spot. Today I dealt with Rachelle, and she wouldn't even accept payment! The woman I care for is not even a patient and not able to come into their offices! I have found everyone I have dealt with at Urban Eyes to be courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient! I would recommend them to anyone! Ann R.
