Great service, very polite. It was my first time I was running late and they still managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day , and it was a Saturday.

This place is supposed to be open at 10am. It is now 10:30am and gates still closed I was rudely told over the phone that my business was no longer welcomed due to my negative review of urban eyes tardiness. My review still stands. However because of the amazing service I received from the employee, I have decided to up my stars. She was very helpful and amazingly friendly. To the woman who spoke to me on the phone. Your friendly staff and good customer service do not mean your tardiness going unnoticed . Your a business , not a charity. Nor is there shortage of providers that will happily accept my business. Reviews are meant to make business aware of customer observations and hopefully work to make their business stronger. You ma’am have no right to call out any customer for a bad review. Will still recommend but opening hours are noon . Have a nice day.
