Great experience as soon as I arrived. I moved to College Station recently and had to change optic provider. Dr Ross and Urban Optics was highly recommended by friends. I arrived early but didn’t have to wait till my appointment time. Andrea, the technician was so pleasant and took great care of me and was so knowledgeable. Then Dr Ross spent plenty of time explaining everything I needed to know about my eye care. Thanks to everyone at Urban Optics!!

Wonderful staff, timely appointment, and helpful assistance finding glasses that look right on me. Their up to date diagnostic equipment meant my eyes did not have to be dilated and I didn’t have to find someone to come with me to drive afterwards. I will definitely come back and bring my family here for their vision needs as well.

Fantastic experience! This was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. The staff was great, and the doctor spent a lot of time explaining everything about my eye health. Highly recommend!
