I am blown away by their service. My baby just knocked off my glasses and the frame broke as it hit the floor. Wasn't happy that I needed to go and purchase a new frame since this was a few months old... I walked in to the store and he found me the the same frame, placed my old lenses in to the frame. When I asked him to ring me up... he said its under the warranty and I don't owe him anything... Very impressed and a happy costumer. Thank you!

Our daughter was initially apprehensive about getting her first pair of glasses. When we arrived at Urban Optics, her mood changed almost instantly. There was a large selection of glasses, and Ben was so easy to work with. He even gave toy "glasses" to our little ones so they shouldn't feel left out! We were in and out in almost no time. I would highly recommend!
