I visited Urban Optiques for the first time recently. I was blown away by the aura as soon as I walked into the door. There is a very welcoming and friendly feeling in the air and wasn't all "uppity" like some places can be. I got excellent service like I was the only client there. Dr. Michelle was friendly and made me feel relaxed so I felt good about asking questions and got thorough answers every time. I got my glasses in very quick and when I went to pick them up, I met new women who work there and the treatment was the same. Thank you to Dr. Michelle and all the ladies of Urban Optiques, I won't be going anywhere else for my eye needs and neither will my family and friends!

Dr. Diegel and his technician, Lea, took great care of me. The doc was extra vigilant given my family history of retinal detachment. Lea was very thoughtful, had great glasses rec's, and improved my 'cool factor' by a few points! Overall, this was a great client experience!

Dr. Diegel is wonderful. He is a down to earth very kind optometrist. I had not been to the optometrist in 10 yrs because it is my nervous hangup. No problem. No more eye dilation !! They can now take pictures !! Lea is wonderful at fitting glasses. As soon as she saw me she picked out a pair of glasses that she thought would look best on my face. She was right, i did look at about 50 pair, but ended up with her 1st impression. She is highly skilled at her trade and knows the ins and outs of vision insurance plans. Dr. Diegel and Lea make this a quality vision center that has sold me for life !!
