The doctors are top-notch. The care and testing is so far beyond what you normally find. The behind the scenes staff has always been great to me. Michelle R. one of the Certified Ophthalmic Techs has really gone above and beyond helping me with my eye issues. I have heard the same about her from 2 other patients. I wish I could send a note to her managers telling them how great she has been. I hope they see this review. If you get the chance give this place a try… your eyes will thank you!

My mom's first appt with this group and already issues. No communication at all. We show up only to be told her primary did not send the authorization and then the doctor they scheduled her with no longer accepts her insurance. They had to reschedule her with the correct doctor at a later date and resend a new authorization request to her primary. Wasted gas, time and my pto! No call from them at all so we didn't come all the way up here. Ridiculous!

Dr Patel is an incredible brilliant doctor. She diagnosed me within 5 minutes. Dr M. Patel is so caring and understanding. She truly cares about her patient and discusses the best way to proceed for treatment. Excellent bedside manners

Wow - USF 6th floor dermatology has been remodeled. I have been coming to University of South Florida Medical Center since it was on 30th Street across from the Veterans Administration Hospital. The doctors are awesome, patient 1st just like American 1st.

Dr. Mamta Patel Eye Institute USF Tampa worked her miracles beyond my expectations! I have been deemed "Legally Blind" for over 2 year's now. I haven't been able to read, drive or write clearly. I missed seeing my beautiful granddaughter face. Just One month and 2 treatments later with this phenomenal Physician and beautiful being, has changed my life! I had been treated at 3 other facilities within 2 year limit. My vision went from bad to worse. I was referred to this renowned Physician who has helped me 70% within 1 month. Everyone from check in to check out demonstrates professional and ethical expertise. I adore her Nurse Bonnie and all the beautiful bright smiling assistants. I have never been more pleased with any medical facility such as this. The only flaw, it's cold, so they warn you to bring blankets and sweaters. Also, there's a long wait time. However, my vision and their treatment is a Blessing. Tampa Bay we are truly fortunate to the Buccaneers, the Lighting, the Ray's and the USF Health Care and Research Facility in Tampa Bay Remarkable, 5 star service, treatment and staffing.
