Dr Waldrop and his staff are so professionals with a great sense of humour. Dr Waldrop is a brilliant Cornea surgeon.

Deceptive business practices. Was referred here to determine if difficulties with vision were a result of nerve damage behind my eyes. Went through entire appointment with several different tests. At check-out, was told I had to pay $97 since I was seen by an optometrist instead of an opthamologist, and optometry was not covered by my insurance. Referral from PCP was for opthamologist. No one ever bothered to tell me that I would be seeing an optometrist instead. I complained- no one cared. Definitely not up to UTSW standards of care.
