Slow & rude chec in staff. The see your using a cane but 1/2 the employees are talking laughing amongst each other instead of doing their job. If you finally ask if their open these young girls are extremely rude. HAPPENED BOTH TIMES I CAME INCLUDING TODAY.. Horribly rude & clowning front staff that don't realize they're to help & work. This is the only clinic I can come to or else I would NEVER CAME! They also don't tell you to bring a driver so I had to come back today & still the same service

Well I had an appointment at 2:45. I arrived at 2:20. I didn’t want to be late. So when 3:15 rolled around I decided to walk out. I gave back the paper made by the receptionist and explained that my appointment was at 2:45 and I was leaving.she didn’t offer to see why there was a delay or anything. It’s as if it no big deal. I guess that happens a lot at that place

I started taking my mother here in League City and the doctors helped her better than the private practice MD’s she was previously seeing. The staff have always been professional and very informative. Dr. Vizzeri is a God send. Thank you.
