We were there yesterday, 8/15/2023 check up from surgeries for my daughter. Front desk as you come in we’re rude. Chaotic atmosphere. I was back in the examination room(after being called and checked in) with the surgeon (who is the best and did a wonderful job and has followed my daughter to every appointment and check up)and the front desk called looking to where I was rudely. I said I was in the exam room and my daughter surgeon confirmed this. They definitely need some new staff, or training that will compliment their facilities. Michelle M

Dr. Zhang and Sue the Clinic Manager are not schooled in customer service. Had eye surgery that caused permanent double vision and both of them have failed to follow up properly! They got their money from me and my insurance and now I’m having to see someone else and have more surgery! REMEMBER IM THE PATIENT/CUSTOMER! Such poor business!

They treated me for lyme disease when they knew they didn't have a confirmed case. The impact on me was that I was hospitalized, had to take anti-clot injections to my stomach, and struggled with breathing since I had to be in an N95 mask to not catch anything while in treatment. Also, the internist that was suppose to be managing my health was a complete d-bag. The opthas are rude and too busy to actually listen to their patients. They do not use computers to capture notes, and they write them on little note pads they keep in their pockets. If you want to get properly diagnosed and treated like a person, do not go to Harborview. It is a toxic environment and they give the finger to HIPPA in how they handle patient records.
