I cant say anything about the doctors, but the staff is horrible!! The receptionist (Jared) and the nurse (Colin) were both rude and dismissive when I was in an emergency situation. After getting my doctor to fax over all the requested information, it took them over a week to even give me a call back. Ill never see a doctor here because getting through the staff is a horrendous experience.

Review is for 4th floor ophthalmology clinic: Actual surgeon is amazing. Explains everything, is personable, patient, knowledgeable, and makes sure his patients understand everything. This review is geared to the male resident which we had. His bedside manner is lacking, uses his phone during patient visits, dismissed patient and family concerns, and some of his info just contradicted the surgeon MD. Unsure why he came into the room for the initial review as he didn’t really explain anything and actually made the appointment longer with his contractions. Aside from this, the wait times are long. Expect to be in clinic about 2 total hours, even if your actual appointment is only 20-30 minutes.

Beware of long wait times for eye appointments. I have spent up to two hours to have routine monitoring my glaucoma....and also have to pay for parking in their garage. The eye specialists are in no hurry to respond to emails. It's been 10 days and still no response. And the phone staff for setting appointments can be very rude. I spoke with a guy today that is in the wrong profession. I was upset when I called because my eye doctor had not responded for 10 days but when I finished with him I was even more upset. His customer service skills are non-existent. Anyway, I have decided to transfer my care to another company.

Hospital visit $189.75 but I get a discount so it’s $132.82 Outpatient high mdm $454.70 so I guess they need all their knowledge to help with my dry eye. But I get a discount so it’s $318.29 So my total says $451.11 I can’t open my eyes they hurt & burn all day & night, I wake up at night from the pain, I have mucus coming out my eyes all day long, I can’t go outside, go to the store or even drop my kids off at school anymore cause the sensitivity but I can’t get treatment either bc who has almost $500 sitting around just for the doctor to tell me the same thing over and over that I need to just keep using my eye drops & that it will take a while for my eyes to heal. The staff (not the doctors) are rude. I also suffer from severe anxiety, ptsd & bipolar 1 disorder so their treatment makes me dread my appointments anyways so I guess this is an excuse for me to finally not go back.

Wow, my patient called this office to obtain necessary info in order to schedule to transportation for an appointment, the contact center representative insulted her, she speaks slowly and processes slowly and he could not be bothered to take the time to let her attempt to manage her own healthcare needs under my guidance, was flippant and rude, then feigned that the info she was requesting (just the doctor name and appt time) was not available and did she want him to find out, he clicked off and we were on hold before we could even ask his name. A hold that lasted 24 minutes, per the phone call timer. During this time I used my work phone to place a another call because I had a feeling from his words and tone, and inquire for the patient with her providing her details to another rep, the info needed was right there on the screen per that rep, so not only did the other contact rep insult my disabled patient, he passive aggressively lashed out at her by lying by about the info she requested, put her on a hold he had no intention of returning from and left her to potentially have to miss a medically necessary appointment is she was OT being assisted bye she would not have known how to proceed. Absolutely abusive and I called to report it to patient concerns line where they just ask you to leave a message. Unacceptable UW, unacceptable and now being reported to the state.

Arriving an hour late to a rescheduled appt. Due to the snow and rerouted busses, they saw me anyway rather than forcing me to reschedule months in the future. Friendly, efficient, they all communicated information in a simple and easy to understand and follow up with, way.

Waited for 2 hours on two occasions…awful service

I keep trying to call in to schedule an appointment and I get hung up on. This is day 3 of having this occur. I am really frustrated. Not sure what to do.

Great Doctor and nursing staff very knowledgeable about all types of issues

So the doctor's and staff where nice after they made me cry. I feel like they didn't believe me when i clearly had a referral to be seen by them. Once the technician or what ever they was realised he made me cry he changed his whole demeanor and tone.

The wait time was a little excessive, however I think it was worth it. I received great care from Dr. Chee and Dr. Saraf. They were very thorough and helpful.
