Contrary to the opinions of some, the Viera VA Clinic is in my opinion a well run operation. Despite being understaffed my appointments are timely with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have confidence in their competency and will continue to treat there. I have community health coverage, but this VA facility is my go-to

This may be a repeat review. Google is acting up. Anyhoo, I went to the VA Clinic a couple of days ago for an eye appointment (new prescription). I'm in awe of the Optometry Clinic there. Modern equipment, fantastic staff (including the Doctor) and, though it was busy, I was in and out within a hour. A truly great experience. The VA gets a lot of flak but I think that's the old VA, not what we have today. To the head administrator of the Viera VA Clinic; don't change a thing! Your staff is outstanding.

They need to work on their customer service skills at intake.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Had no issues figuring out where my grandfather was supposed to be. Thank you for your service everyone at the VA clinic

This review is for the bike rack located by the drop off circle at the front desk. This bike rack is terrible. I can move it around with one hand. Anyone who looks at the police cars for one second would know they’re empty. Please get a better bike rack secured to the ground.

DEI is alive and well at the VA!

Drive an hour to get here only for them to close an hour early. They stop taking walk ins at 2. When they are open til 4:30. What a scam.

If at all possible have private insurance. These people do not care about you.
