This is the absolutely worst glasses place I’ve ever been to. First off the glass take forever to come. I got my glasses the lens were small for the frame so it kept slipping out. They did a new frame for me and sent it to the lab. I’ve been waiting for my glasses to return day number 20 now. y’all are no good for business. People pay their money and this is how they are treated. I will never be returning to you guys ever again.

I removed a bad review since I realized I dealt with an associate that maybe didn't understand my needs. They have awesome customer service now and are on top of their game! We will continue to come to value vision for every eyecare need! My son has been going to value vision for five plus years and we have had nothing but good service for the last few months and the past years, management fixed the problem and now they are making everything so easy and are very polite. We are very pleased! Thank you value vision!

I have been going to this place since I was A teenager and have always been happy with it until I went for my eye exam yesterday. They hired a new girl named Emily that helps you pick out your frames. She is absolutely rude and showed me that she has a very disgusting attitude towards customers. She messed up my whole order and charged my insurance company for glasses and contacts which is a simple fix other than the way she approached me my yelling at me. Yesterday she seemed bothered by even trying to help me and my elderly mother who also had an exam and got glasses. Emily called me today to say she made the error and I would need to pay another $140 on top of the $800 I paid yesterday. I was fine with paying as long as it was correct and before I could even speak she asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager. I agreed I would and she then hung up on me. I did not even do anything or was rude to her at all. I am very upset with this company and she has ruined it for my business which includes a total of 7 patients. We will need to find another place as long as she is there. I refuse to have someone that treats customers that way be in charge of my family or my care. I hope appropriate action is taken for her actions towards customers.
