HORRIBLE. They prescribed me the wrong number for lenses so when I received my glasses, I spent three days suffering nausea, dizziness, and migraines. I had to go back to my old glasses to remove the suffering I experienced. Luckily, I visited a different optometrist to have another round of eye checkup and they had a whole different number for my eyes! Unfortunately, since my insurance was already charged by Vallejo Optometry Group, I had to pay out of pocket for that different checkup.
I would NEVER go back here. They didn't even do any of the routine tests wherein they shoot air to your eyes, find all the squiggly lines, etc.

I'm done with this place. Staff has ZERO BACKBONE. Lab made an error, no problem people make mistakes. Glasses had to be remade was told it would take 10 business days. 10 business days past I call for status of my glasses was told they will call the lab right now. I get a call back stating that the lab said it would be an additional three days. Why? They made the mistake, only needed to remake one lens, and it takes more time to make the one lens than when they made the incorrect glasses. Staff didn't seem to care showed no sense of urgency did not offer to recall them to put a rush on it. Im done
