Very unfriendly staff! I came to pick my mom up from her appointment, My daughter and I went in to see if she had been attended she was in a room after a 3 hour wait! Since she was the last patient I asked if we could wait inside because it was a bit cold outside, the receptionist said they aren’t doing COVID screenings because it’s closing time and therefore we had to wait outside, wow how ridiculous!

The dr is great an really nice but the waiting time is ridiculous more then two hours just so they can confirm the insurance then another hour an half to see the dr o an the front desk personnel NOT helpful at all

Terrible time/appointment management. When others in waiting room tell you that wait times are normal, that’s bad. Appt at 9:30, 11:30 still here.
