The front office staff was friendly and knowledgeable on upcoming sales without pressuring me into a sale. The doctor was personable and was able to describe to me without using large medical terminology what was causing my issues and came up with a reasonable plan of treatment.

I've been going to Valley Eye Clinic my whole life. I have been working with Dr. Ward for a few years and his customer service is extraordinary and the staff is well informed with great recommendations on glasses. Thank you for the continued great service, Dr. Ward and team!

Exceptional staff from beginning to end. Its a comfortable enviornment and they all seem to care about giving great patient experiences and advice. I would highly recommend Dr. Ward who is a very intelligent eye doctor and has a great ablility to communicate things in a way that is easily understood! I've been visiting eye doctors since I was in kindergarten and this facility was the best experience I've had.
