Overpriced. They have a good selection of glasses, but that is where the positive attributes end. The glasses are severely over priced.
They also charge obscene prices for upgrades to lenses. For example, the anti-glare option costs $150 to add on to your lenses. Costco charges $30 for the very same thing, no difference in quality.
Go to Costco for glasses, worst case scenario you'll have to buy frames from another store or online, and then take them to Costco, but at least you won't pay 5 times as much for anti glare coating.

On November 2nd, my cataract surgery scheduled for the 3rd was cancelled because I did not want to pay over $400 for two drops. This was after I had asked them to prescribe other drops because the first prescriptions were $350+ I was told that they would check and see what else there was, call me back & reschedule my surgery. I finally called them today Nov 29th since I had not heard from them and was informed that I had to find someone else to do my surgery since I was not willing to pay for the drops. I've never been so insulted because I can't afford the drops nor treated so rudely and poorly. Don't believe anything on their website stating what great service they provide or that they care about their patients. They don't - at least they didn't about me. My son in law is a pharmacy tec and was given names of several equivalent drops that cost a lot less.

Dr. Thinda is an excellent eye doctor. He caught the issue with my mom's eyes and helped clean dry blood from her vitreous detachment.
