Great people took great care of me very professional and understanding did not rush me in anyway took plenty of time to understand me and my needs. I have been going to Value Eyewear for many years. My insurance changed and I went elsewhere one time. I have headaches now and my script is not right. Went back to Value Eyewear, where it's nothing fancy, but a very good doctor, and a very thorough eye exam at a good price. Never had any issues with waiting for contacts or glasses. As for being on hold...I'm on hold no matter where I call nowadays. Busy practice means busy phones!

My lenses dont even fit the frames properly and the left one is literally almost popping out..cant wipe the lenses or clean them without being extremely careful or you will push a lense out because they are not fitted properly..just seems like a really poor job.
