Will not be going back to Scam Optical. The owner and her limited staff may tell you they have decades of experience. But the owner doesn’t know how to remedy a situation with an unsatisfied customer. The one lady that works Saturdays says “Well, I know she’s not going to give you a refund.” The woman that told us this, Kathy, could hardly walk a straight line in the store. Just overall an immensely horrible experience. Save your money, be forewarned, and go somewhere else. Kim, owner, also deleted our first review we left. I imagine this one will be as well.
