*Not Good!**Let me start off by saying this place was a horrible experience, got my eyes done by the lady, she said my eyes were exactly the same as my last prescription, then when i ordered my glasses, i could not see out of them very well, and of course my old glasses were great. So I called to have the Dr call me back, to see if there was a mistake, and maybe she could change it back. I have been waiting a month and still no call back. This place is super unprofessional, and lacking. If you can use another place i would recommend it highly. I went to America's best and payed more money and now i can see. Next time my doctor wants my eyes checked, i will refuse this place. Beware. Unprofessional, Waste of money, and unacceptable. The reason you cannot bring anyone with you is, they don't want any witnesses to experience the horrible appointment.

I took someone to this place and we were 11 minutes late for their appointment. I admit, that was on me for getting them there late, which is why I am giving them two stars. My issue was that I knew that we would be late, and I called to make sure that they could still accommodate the appointment. They said they had a 15 minute late window. To my delight, I resumed transporting this person to their facility. When I arrived, they declined this person and said that they had a 10 minute window. I did not have time to take this person home right then and there, so I had to leave this person waiting at their facility. They sat for an hour and were not helped. Again, this was partly on me, but they need to be clear what their policy actually is and that policy needs to be communicated. What ended up happening is it wasted this person and my time.

Dr Chow took some extra time during the exam, and I really appreciate that. Almost a bad experience. It was a miscommunication while setting up the appointment , but I could have been at fault there too. Anyway, they made it right and I appreciate that a lot instead of making me come back 2-3 weeks later.
