They eye doctor is great. But the optics department where you get your glasses those ladies are seriously lacking. 2 years in a row they have sold us glasses too big for my son's face. Even after tightening the glass they slide off his face. I dont even wear glasses so i have no idea till six weeks later. I always end up having to buy the proper size glasses for his face. My insurance only covers one pair a year for him and they always screw it up. No skills at all in the optics just fake smiles and Apologies with no knowledge of what they are doing.

The level of unprofessionalism is baffling. NEVER go to any of their locations. I'm going out of my way to write this review because the experience was so HORRIBLE. I went to this place for an eye exam, and unfortunately, I was misdiagnosed. I used the prescription they gave me, but when I received my glasses, everything was blurry. It turns out that Dr. Brian Chow diagnosed me with Presbyopia (a condition seen in elderly patients), despite the fact that I'm only 27 years old. After I brought this issue up with their admin department, thinking that I shouldn't have to pay for a bill based on a misdiagnosis, they said that I have to pay it either way. This is like going to the hospital for a headache and them performing foot surgery and making you pay the bill. How horrible is that?! Never again!

Charged nearly 400 dollars for a first time routine eye check. My child is on state insurance that covers the exam. They tried to say she was outside the once a year exam window. They clearly did not even check since she had not had an exam in 3 years.
