Let me start off with the front desk here is amazing really sweet people, However the medical assistant was not very patient with my tests she did. I felt nervous about things in the first place and feeling rushed did not help. I didn’t mind the dr I saw but felt he didn’t really check to see if my prescription was correct, I don’t understand I’ve never had a medical assistant be the one that makes your prescription. That was strange to me, normally I’ve always had an eye dr go through all the different types of prescriptions with me. After my appointment, I decided to look at some glasses however, nobody spoke to me or acknowledged, that I was looking. I really wanted to buy a pair of glasses, but it felt since I was younger no one was interested in helping even though I have insurance to cover. I waited over an hour to see an dr. overall I just was not impressed and would not return.

Show up about an hour late and you’ll be on time. Last time I came we waited over an hour and a half. This time so far an hour and still waiting. I will never come back. No respect for other people’s time.

Oof, these folks were kind and doing their best but my experience left me without the prescription I needed and I will be going somewhere else. Front desk was friendly, she charged me for my copay and contact fitting before the exam which seemed standard. I was seen quickly and the intake experience was great. But then I realized that I wasn't working with the doctor, and I would need a separate appointment for a contact fitting even though I was scheduled two months in advance for a contact lens appointment. I waited 30 min for the doctor to come in and by that time my eyes were fully dilated. She continued with an exam in which I couldn't see very well and mentioned something about a lazy eye. Um hello! This isnt something you just say offhand without backing it up or handling with care nor while your patient is experiencing blurred vision. Ultimately I left with a glasses prescription I can't trust and no contact prescription... Only the promise that they will call me to schedule the contact fitting appointment that I already paid for. I did call and they were very friendly in issuing me a refund for the fitting I did not receive.
