I called to see if they took my insurace. They said they didn't take it even though it was listed on the website. The receptionist kept saying they don't take Medicaid. I tried to explain to her I don't have medicaid, that I have Medicare(a form of). She was rude and demeaning! She should be ashamded of herself.

Called to get my son an appointment. They asked if he was a patient. I said no. And the girl was
so cruel and mean and said we aren't accepting new patients. It is fine but be kind and not so snotty

Just posting this to say they do not accept caresource. Took me a longish hold time to get that info. Figured I'd save the next person time. They sounded nice.
