The clinical care and attention for pediatric patients here is great (e.g., comfortable environment, fun way of checking vision). That being said, when calling a month in advance to reschedule our annual visit, I was promptly told the next available appointment would not be until May of next year. I understand the patient demands on healthcare right now but this leaves us no choice but to seek an alternative provider given an 8 month delay for an annual visit is completely inappropriate.

Care has been good but 2nd floor reception man said judge-ily I had “almost missed my appointment” when I finally got to his window at 2:27 for a 230 appointment after waiting in line quite a while to reach him. This after waiting in line to get a seemingly pointless visitor sticker also. What is the point of this type of public relations approach, I’m wondering.
And still waiting at 320 to see Dr for that 230 appointment!

Myself being in the medical field, I hate to write this. It has been one thing after another since the first appointment. They are always messing up his appointment times and dates. They are very rood. They basically didn’t want to give him the right medication it took them 3 appointments to do so after I said something. They left him in pain , and when I mean pain it was a 20 out 10 pain. The doctor I don’t even want to start on her. She was the worst. She had an incredible attitude. After I said what I needed to say to her she got mad and slammed the door. Every time we have been there we waited 2+ hours. Then to wait over an hour at the pharmacy. We live an hour away so dealing with the ridiculous waiting is crazy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.
