I want to start out by saying I am impressed by the doctors who are knowledgeable and caring, but I am afraid my compliments stop here. I have never seen so many negative reviews of a medical facility! By far my biggest complaint is with the scheduling department. I was scheduled for cataract surgery on 9/28/23, but it was canceled the morning of surgery due to understaffing. I understand this, so it didn’t bother too much thinking I’d be rescheduled ASAP. The person at the eye center said the rescheduling department would contact me after eight o’clock. When I didn’t hear from them, I called at around eleven o’clock and left a message. Since I received no response, I called again at two o’clock, left message, no response! I called again at around 4:30 and someone answered! Miracle! As you can imagine, I was extremely agitated! I had to ask for her name. She said she did not know with whom I left a message; however, I did. She said the three schedulers were working on rescheduling and she had no answer. Two sentences later she came up with a date of 1/4/24. Now, she contradicted herself from saying they are working on it to here’s a date over three months away! I have never been so poorly treated by anyone, let alone in a medical facility. Also. I left a message with the director of scheduling and I have not heard from her in three days!

I will never return here again due to the terrible service I received in the morning of August 11. I called for information and to set an appointment as a long time customer. The person that answered me had a pessimistic attitude and they had left me on the line 4 times. If they can not give decent service when trying to make a simple appointment then they should look for another line of work. I just hope they give other clients a better experience than mine.

Front desk/reception is super rude. I’ve called a total of 8 times to make an appt. Two times left on hold and disconnected after several minutes, called back several times and no one answered. Just called back and when the girl tried to put me on hold I told her my previous difficulties connecting and asked if that’s normal and all she rudely said was “you’re not the only patient” and it went on from there until I had to hang up do to her condescending tone.
