Poor customer service. Just rude and unconcerned after they get your money. Don't go there for contacts, cuz its gonna cost you a bunch and a 3 mth follow up to charge you more money. They try not to give you a print out of your prescription because you can find glasses cheaper elsewhere. Thats why she scribbles it on a pad, so u can't read it yourself. 😏 There are cheaper options that are still better than this place.

I'm so thankful that my friend recommended Dr. Velasquez. Previously, I was treated by an optometrist, who never said anything about my having cataracts or dry eyes. Thanks to Dr. Velasquez these conditions were properly taken care of and I can now drive at night without difficulty seeing. She's very caring and very polite! Her staff are also very attentive and her office is very clean. It's like going to see family wherever I have an appointment. Thank you so much Natalie for being such a caring person!
