My lenses were perfect on my first pair of glasses at 43. I was so pleased, I went back a few weeks later for pX sunglasses- using frames I had saved. Everyone there is always very informative and easy to talk to. On my first readers, I ended up with frames I wouldn’t have chosen online etc- much thanks to the person helping me select something cool. With a huge selection to add to all of that, they’re really hard to beat.

Been coming here for at least a half decade or more - they're family operated and owned I believe, with fantastic customer service & work ethic. I had an issue with Delta Airlines involving some pilfered perscruption glasses of mine, and when Delta decided they were only going to pay put half of the value on the damage claim, I asked Venice Optical to step in regarding the official total of the bill for the glasses stolen. Needless to say, Delta changed their minds and offered me the full return on the value of my glasses stolen, after seeing Venice Optical's prompt email response. In other words, these people will have your back.

I lost a nose pad from my glasses while traveling and was worried about how to get them fixed — or if I’d have to wait until I returned to Taiwan. Luckily, I found this amazing optical shop！The owner warmly welcomed me, took my glasses, and kindly fixed them on the spot. He was incredibly friendly and didn’t even charge me for the repair. I’m so grateful for the help — it’s truly a warm and kind-hearted store. 감사합니다！ Highly recommended！👍

These guys are the best. Very helpful and friendly, best optometrist and glasses place I've ever used! Got two pairs, one for computer work and the other for distance vision. They were super thorough and got me a tricky prescription that is a big improvement over my old pair from Costco. They're also super fast! Awesome.

I’ve been coming here for pffft idk how long but YEARS and I’ve never had a single complaint about them. I LOVE Jane she always takes cares of me, knows my style and what I like and don’t like (tried to get me to get cheaper ones knowing I’m ROUGH with my glasses yet I still get the name brands 🙄🤣). Nonetheless, even if the ins I get through work they don’t accept I still go and just pay out of pocket and she always work with me to get what I need even without coverage through ins. Venice optical craftsmanship & customer service should be bottled and poured into all businesses! Went here on a local friend's recommendation for new prescription glasses & sunglasses and now despite being from Chicago, I still utilize Venice Optical for prescription lenses via mail but the next time Im in LA, I will definitely purchase frames from them again! I have not found another optical business that does such amazing work on high index lenses and the team's attention to detail and kindness is top notch!

I came in with broken glasses -- a lens had popped out of the frame. They fixed it on the spot at no charge. And they gave me a lens cleaning cloth. In addition, the folks there are most friendly.

I recently purchased new lenses for my glasses from this optical shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not only did they offer better prices than anyone else in Torrance, but their responsiveness and expertise were exceptional. They took the time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver great service. What stood out the most was how kind and respectful they were throughout the process. Even though I had to return a few times for adjustments (due to issues with the glass I had provided), they always found the proper solution without charging me anything extra. Most people would not even work on the glass as it was a difficult frameless installation. Check out the attached photo. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality eyewear and outstanding customer service!

Great experience here. Even through you have an eye doctor appointment it was a very hospitable experience. They have A Lot of eye wear and contact choices. Good location too, near tasty food places. I made my appointment during my lunch time ha ha
