Carlos and his team are amazing! The are dedicated to helping you see better! I went to Carlos because I thought my vision had degraded after my Lasik surgery. After speaking with him and explaining the issues I was having he suggests I use eye drops to keep my eye moist. As soon as I started using the eyedrops I felt like I had installed new eyes! I don't say this lightly, it was a pleasant experience to take care of my eyes at Venus Optical. You can tell they have years of experience and that they enjoy welcoming you to their environment. I learned a few things myself about the overall health of my body because of the health of my eyes.

Appointment setting was easy. Doctor was great, on time and got my new glasses within a week. Great job on suggesting different type of Contacts as well.

I had been getting my contacts for years with Carlos and recently I decided to go ahead and find out more about Lasik. Carlos was very helpful in guiding me to the right place and making sure I pick a place with the best laser for my eyes. They do Lasik evaluations and the results have been wonderdful!

He immediately gave me an appointment within two hours of my phone call. Very knowledgeable and professional optical. Carlos and his team are top notch eye care providers! I've been going to the eye doctor since I was 7 years old, and Dr. Maria Gonzalez was able to tell me something about my eyes I'd actually never heard before. I was impressed with the thoroughness of her exam along with her ability to really listen to me. The staff members at Venus are always so helpful and friendly too. Finally, the location is just beautiful, so sleek and modern. I always look forward to my annual eye exam and plan to see visit again in the next few weeks for a LASIK consultation.

Carlos and the staff at Venus Optical were amazing! I went for an eye exam and a lasik consultation. They referred me to a great Lasik surgery center and did the procedure. They followed up with me everyday before and after to see how I was doing. I’m very happy! Thank you!

While visiting Miami I needed to update my glasses and was able to get them done in time before traveling back to Ecuador. Great products loved the selection of frames and I used my existing pair of glasses. They ordered the lenses and cut them to size the same day I took my glasses in.

I’m in love with my Glasses from Sofia Vergara’s line “Lola” , there a little edgy, sleek and sexy, just like me! Dr. Macedo is friendly, knowledgeable and handsome. What more can you ask for! And Carlos was really on point helping me pick out the best frames for the shape of my face. I ended up getting glasses and contacts for both me and my son.Fast, convenient, good service, plus they are humanitarian and they help children from lower income families that can’t afford eye exams or glasses, seriously amazing! Parking is in the back. Not hard to fond a spot and if you go around the afternoon you’ll find it is easier to park. Excellent service from beginning to end. I got my new glasses and even lenses which I like better for when I drive. The owner of the optical has always been my go to person when choosing either. If you want to receive excellent customer service and products that are worth your money, this is the optical for you.
