We went there to fix my most precious Meeka's cataracts. The consultation went ok. We shelled out $750 for tests. Then we were given some eye drops. We received the drops and I looked on the label and it had a different dog's name on it with wrong instructions! It was so confusing! I called back wanting to talk to a supervisor or the doctor and spoke with office personnel who had no business being in this field: she couldn't care less and was not supportive or helpful to resolve the issue... Still waiting for a call back... No response!

I was so anxious bringing my older dog to see Dr. Buss for some eye symptoms. I had a wonderful experience and thankfully nothing was seriously wrong. The first contact was by phone and the person on the call was pleasant, caring, helpful and unhurried. There was no long wait for an appointment. The office was easy to find with parking right out front. The paperwork was minimal and policies were clearly spelled out and very reasonable. The office in Deerfield Beach was clean and had a wonderful couch for me and my dog to share in the waiting and in the exam room! The staff were very professional, but gentle and friendly enough that even my older dog let them do the preliminary testing and eye drops without much fussing. Again, the fact that they took the time to help my little boy calm down was very much appreciated. I also was grateful to be able to stay in the room with my dog while this was done. Dr. Buss was on time, professional and very friendly. He also took the time to let my dog adjust a bit as he took his time with the exam. He then explained everything in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him and confident of the care my dog was given. I thought the price for an exam with all the testing was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this professional, friendly team and would give them a sixth star if I could.
