Wow - I had my first visit to Vibrant Vision today and I was really impressed! The receptionist was friendly and professional, took my information quickly and got me checked in. Then I met Dr. McLaughlin. She gave me a very thorough eye exam and talked me through all the things she was seeing, and what it meant. She talked me through the best options for my situation before handing me to Michael, who was very knowledgeable about lenses and frames and walked me through my options. Great experience, can't wait to go back with my wife to pick out frames.

I do not recommend. They aren't very honest for being advertisers in the Catholic Church Bulletin. I had a contact and glasses exam over a year ago and bought two pairs of glasses. I wasn't sure the insurance was billed correctly so I waited on ordering contacts. I asked for copies of the itemized statements early on and my rx copy and everything added up so I guess I accepted it. I wanted to wait on the contacts due to the cost and then moved to Colorado. It's only because I called Vibrant again to get my invoice copy for other purposes that I learned I had a $96 refund credit they were hanging on to. The doctor is helpful, but the glasses are only ok and the refund should have happened automatically.

The eye exam that I got was great, the doctor was very informative and thorough with her process. When I came in to get my contacts checked for the second appointment however, there was a sales representative sitting in on my appointment. This was awkward and I was given no warning of her being there and wasn’t asked for consent. I got my prescriptions but when I got home, I realized that not only was my name wrong, but my contact brand was incorrect as well. After getting scheduled for another fitting, on top of having to come in again for a 4th time, the doctor was 30 minutes late for the appointment. Also, I shouldn’t be having to come in 4 times for a prescription. It’s sad that so many things went wrong because I really like the front desk person and the doctor. Just too many unprofessional and unconventional practices going on. Will not be coming back.
