Dr. Blackett was great and very informative! My issue was with the office. Ive been going to this location for a couple of years and last year I paid for the warranty for my lens. When I scheduled my appointment, I was told by an associate that I would be able to schedule my annual visit and if my prescription changes they would be able to still process a replacement using my warranty. On the day of my appointment (10/30/23) I was advise that is not true and the warranty only covers the prescription used when i purchased the warranty. To top things off when I asked to have a print out my prescription, I get home and realized I was given a prescription for another patient!!

I was quite pleased with my exam and felt that Dr Lang was more detailed in explaining my current eye health that prior visits with other doctors. Andrea was very helpful with assisting me with a new frame and lenses selection as well. Her customer services skills and personality were a huge plus. I also appreciated that I had the nose piece of my current frames repaired without any issue.Thank you all!
