the doctor is nice, efficient, clear, and i love that they take walk ins at certain times of the day, i don’t usually wait very long and they’re great. however, the secretary(ies?) are so rude. i’ve called a couple times when issues come up with my prescription or i have a question on renewal and they are absolutely unhelpful and rude. it’s like they’re upset i’m calling them and they have to do their job, and have a tone that gives the energy they think i’m stupid for calling (eye health and double checking and asking for assistance from your doctor is IMPORTANT and their JOB). like damn, get a new job.

The 1st time I went I was seen very quickly, the staff is very friendly and courteous, the Eye Dr. Perez is a pleasure to be around with makes you feel right at home. That's the reason I also took my 2 sons for a routine check-up, they liked him too. Prices are very reasonable specially if you're a Cash patient.
