Vision Emergency so (was lucky) to get to see Dr Roh who just happened to be an excellent professional expert on my emergency ( retinal detachment) with lots of experience and training! Patient, confident ( you could tell he knew what he was doing) asked many times if I had any questions. Totally positive and successful ( still healing, but feeling confident) Long waits, but when you’re dealing with office that has to “fit in emergencies like mine) more than willing to be patient- knowing we are getting better excellent individual care.

Check-in process needs improvement even after pre-registration online. New staff. Waited one hour prior to being seen due to paperwork process at the front desk. This was definitely not the norm for the Hampton Office. Came in two people ahead of me by the time I was called 14 people were waiting. Great medical assistants; however, the front desk also experienced printer issues with the rotating admin person. I guess they should notify IT in advance when they work at different locations.
