Dr. Lall-Trail is amazing! I absolutely love him as a doctor, cannot recommend him enough. He is fabulous. However the last 2 years my daughters eye appointments have been pushed back so far that next year she loose a year of service because of the way insurance is. You have to be at least a year apart. Her vist in 2022 was in October. It is June 6 2023 I am calling 4 months in advance to schedule the appointment and they are booking in DECEMBER! Last year it went from August to October, because of the same thing. The doctor is great, the people are great, but they take on so many new patients that unfortunately as an existing patient you need to be vigilant to book months in advance, heaven forbid something come up and you mis planed 4-6 months ago! Its very frustrating. But you know they can put you on a waiting list. I don't know about how much you pay for insurance but it isn't cheap and we payed extra for a plan that allowed us to stay with this doctor a few years ago, so the fact that she keeps getting pushed back is frustrating. I love the doctor, but don't understand why.

If you are looking for a professional, caring and respectful skilled doctor, I recommend Dr. Mark Fernandez. This wonderful physician used his steady hands to restore my failing vision due to cataracts in my right/left eye. Thank you Dr. Fernandez for all you do to help your patients, may the Lord continue to bless you.
