The employees that work customer service are great. I do not like the way V4L makes them put you in line to wait to just pick up frames that are ready. I think pick ups should be handled better so we don't have to wait for people that need more or longer help.

Great service, and staff is very friendly!! I called on a Friday, and they got me in the following Monday. Dr. was very knowledgable and so nice! I purchased glasses, and they had them done in 35 mins!! I was very surprised. I also ordered contacts. Will be going back!

Kept telling my my replace lenses would be done on a Monday, they pushed it back to 7 days. 10 days from the 7 days still no lenses. Called today to find out one of the staff members canceled my lenses but didn’t say way. This location needs new management to get their act together and cumtomers come first attitude.
