I went in for an appointment recently and honestly had a pretty average experience. The staff at Vision Associates of Sheepshead Bay, Monroe Vision Associates, Brighton Eye Care, Monmouth Vision Associates, and Vision Associates Inc were generally professional, but the wait times were longer than I expected. It was not a bad visit by any means, but it was just okay overall. If you need a routine checkup, it gets the job done, but do not expect anything extraordinary.

I don't know about the doctor but the people working for him. They're not supposed to be in a medical field . if the people answer the phone like that wonderin who do the hiring .. good luck, doc, you have a great staff. ....Not. ..

The 2 doctor's i have here are awesome! Doc Obrock is the Best, I'm so glad I've found her and trust her with my eye's! Doc Coleman is a awesome doc, she just did my cataracts and im telling you I was scared to death but these 2 lady's helped me get over my fear and im soo glad they did! I can see again ;)

It's like a clown show in scheduling... even though another doctor recommended I get in ASAP for an eye problem the front desk refused to schedule me sooner than 4 months out. Then I received a letter stating that the doctor was no longer there and I had to call and reschedule. Then I was rescheduled for three weeks later than my first appointment. Then when I showed up for the appointment I found out I was not scheduled with a doctor focused on the specialty I waited 4 months for, and I had to reschedule another appointment 6 months out again. So now all told I will have waited 10.5 months by the time my appointment will finally arrive with the specialist. The doctor I saw was excellent, but overall I would avoid if you need anything other than basic care.

Called in the morning when they opened and they got me in mid morning. Waited about an hour but who cares, same day appointment. Dr was quick found the issue and I was out the door. Eye dilation sucks but whatever. Great experience.

Loved Dr. Bailey! First time seeing her. She was very clear on everything with me and patient. The staff there is amazing,highly recommended!!

I have been coming to this facility & doctor for a long time, but since Promedica took it over, the facility itself is not the same. The tech I had was terrible. She asked me what I wanted done & I told her whatever the doctor requested. She never spoke with anyone & proceeded to dilate my eyes. When I saw the doctor he couldn't do one of the tests because my eyes were dialated.They said come back in a year. I felt like I just wasted my time & money. Just another Promedica money maker.
